Founder and Head of Consumer Agency with experience of some of the UK’s leading retail, grocery, food, consumer and leisure businesses providing counsel across corporate, crisis, CSR, consumer, community and digital strategies. I have worked for a large percentage of the UK’s high street and online shopping retailers plus unique brands across food, beauty home and leisure. It’s important to keep learning and that’s why I studied for an MBA part time whilst at ASDA and completed a digital marketing qualification endorsed by Google in 2014. It’s also very rewarding to experience different professions and give something back so I have been a school governor, chaired various women in business networking agencies and have been a charity ambassador for Teenage Cancer Trust and more recently a founder partner and ambassador for www.modernmuse.org a charity that supports and mentors young people.
How'd you get here?
After studying Business Studies with French I embarked on a career in business working in property development and headhunting before joining one of the UK’s leading grocery retailers, ASDA. I spent eight inspiring and fun years at this retailer in roles across HR, colleague engagement, CSR and PR and studied part time for an MBA. I also worked within its George Clothing fashion division, was Project Manager to the Chairman of the plc and finally was Head of PR during the ASDA Walmart strategic alliance leaving 18 months later to set up the PR agency, ZPR in 2001. In 2019, when I met Peter Finn, Chantal and the wider Finn family I knew I had found the perfect home for the next phase of ZPR’s team and our long-standing clients in retail, consumer, fashion, lifestyle, beauty and wellness.
