A FINN Partners Purpose Report 2011-2021

March 10, 2022

This year marks our 10th anniversary as FINN Partners. From the beginning, we set out to create a different kind of agency – one defined by a set of shared values and a calling to do good in the world. I believe that we are well on the path to success.

We began as a far smaller community of colleagues who liked and trusted each other, and who came together to collaborate around amazing work and to try to make a difference. We continue to believe that we can use our talents, voices and resources to care for our people, behave ethically, take action, inspire change, champion justice and equality and rally around companies and causes to solve today’s most pressing social problems. These beliefs translate into the FINN Partners values.

Since that start a decade ago, and right up through the complex challenges we face today, these core values remain our North Star. “Making a difference” is reflected in the clients we work with, services we provide, how we treat our employees – each other – and what we do in our communities. We’ve built a sustainable and growing business striving to do what’s right, and working on behalf of clients that advocate for corporate social responsibility, access to education, environmental sustainability, health innovation, informed consumer choice and dedication to arts and culture, as well as our own employees’ passionate causes.

Today, FINN Partners is more than 1,100 people, working with colleagues in 27 global offices across three continents. I am proud and humbled by everything we have achieved thus far. I am also aware that our journey is far from finished. It continues.

Through stories, employee voices, client work and reflections from our community, I am proud to share our FINN Partners Purpose Report, celebrating 10 years of FINN making a difference in the world. I look forward to the future impact we will create, together and individually, as we strive to make the world a better place.
