MHC Joins FINN

December 4, 2019

When we launched FINN Partners eight years ago, we mobilized around two growth paths – drawing on the talented individuals who were with us from the start, and then adding – often through acquisitions  – agency partners who shared our values, were in strategic locations, and brought expertise in core agency industry sectors and services.  This approach has served us and our clients well.

We are now almost 800 colleagues located in 19 offices on three continents.  Now, supporting our regional growth efforts and adding global skill, scale and service reach in a core practice, we have taken a step forward by adding to our ranks Paris-based Medical & Health Consulting (MHC), led by Marie-Hélène Coste.  This elite health communications consultancy is working with premier clients across biotechnology, medical devices, professional medical associations and provider systems. MHC aligns with the strategy for growth outlined by our Health Practice leadership to help clients navigate the complex health ecosystem by combining sector expertise with integrated communications skills.

Please join us in welcoming Marie-Hélène Coste and Medical Health Consulting to FINN.  Just as FINN has seen great strides in Consumer, Financial Services, Technology and Travel/Lifestyle Practices in Europe, Health is also a major focus.  Our Health Practice has been cited again and again as a Most Admired Health Communications Group in the U.S. and a Top Five Group Globally.  This new addition to FINN conveys our commitment to remain one of the best in the competitive field.

The MHC leaders have dedicated themselves to health communications and demonstrate deep experience in industry, government and patient disease awareness.  The acquisition speaks to our values and the quality of people we have at FINN.  We met Marie-Hélène by way of our Paris-based Health Practice Senior Partner Mina Volovitch.  The connection with MHC drew closer and closer thanks to the collaborative efforts among regional and global practice leaders.

Along with Mina, FINN European Managing Partner Chantal Bowman-Boyles, and Global Health Practice Managing Partner Gil Bashe, demonstrated how the FINN values of working hard and playing nice are fuel for collaboration and success.  When we add to our FINN community through hires or acquisitions, our expectations are that these new colleagues will mobilize toward client needs and urgencies – their knowledge will translate into insights and creativity, and their entrepreneurial energy will be the fuel for our clients’ and community’s growth.  For growth is an engine that can benefit all.

While we are many people and offices, with different interests and career paths, we are united by our shared vision and values.  Certainly, a healthier world where people everywhere have access to healthcare ties to these values and will make a difference.
