Greg Swan Joins FINN Partners as Senior Partner, Midwest Digital Lead

FINN Partners, a leading global integrated marketing and communications agency, today announced that Greg Swan has joined as Senior Partner, Digital Lead. Swan brings with him a notable career spanning more than two decades and highlighted by consistently driven innovation and creative strategy at the intersection of technology and marketing. At FINN Partners, he will leverage his extensive experience in advertising, PR, digital, and social media marketing to enhance the agency’s integrated marketing services, focusing on the latest in digital trends and consumer engagement strategies for clients.

Greg Swan held previous roles at Fallon, McCann Worldgroup, space150 and Weber Shandwick where his teams pioneered groundbreaking digital campaigns and social media innovations for leading brands including Arby’s, State Farm, Nike, U.S. Army, 3M, US Bank, and The Coca-Cola Company. His leadership most recently at The Social Lights as Chief Creative and Strategy Officer notably pushed the envelope in utilizing social platforms to drive brand engagement and consumer loyalty at-scale. His forward-thinking approach will now benefit FINN Partners’ diverse roster of clients, ranging from tech startups to multinational corporations.

Greg was named to PRWeek’s 40 Under 40, Minneapolis-St. Paul’s Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and Social Media Professional of the Year by PR News. He holds a bachelor’s degree in PR and advertising from Drake University and has served on several industry advisory boards, including South by Southwest (SXSW), 4A’s, and The Shorty Awards.
