She has consulted for several healthcare provider platforms, including Doximity, Figure1 and HumanDx, which has afforded her the opportunity to offer unique insight around communicating with physicians and provider-patient communications.

Beyond pediatrics, Dr. Cecchini’s therapeutic expertise spans rare disease, oncology, endocrinology, neurology, women’s health, gene therapy and cardiology. “Cherilyn’s wealth of healthcare expertise, coupled with her robust communication experience, enhance our Practice’s ability to reach business decision makers, drive change, and help clients improve patient outcomes,” said Jones. “Our Global Health Practice is built on a foundation of talented, conscientious individuals, committed to making a difference, and Cherilyn is an especially appropriate and welcome addition to our team.”

Prior to joining FINN, Dr. Cecchini held multiple roles of increasing responsibility at LifeSci Communications, a boutique health communications agency. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Account Management, providing strategic corporate communications counsel for her clients while co-leading the medical communications division that she launched.

“Cherilyn’s valuable insights into the physician-patient relationship, coupled with her experience as a communicator, writer and influencer, will enhance our Practice’s ability to help clients solve their most complex challenges,” said Fern Lazar, managing partner, Global Health Practice Leader at FINN Partners. “Cherilyn has directed her energy into patient care on the front lines; she knows exactly what patients need and what providers are looking for to improve the journey for those whom they serve. I am looking forward to working with her to inject her perspective into conversations on the dynamics and critical components of care.”
