Marketing Associate, Integrated Marketing

We are looking for an entry-level associate who will help support all facets of our integrated marketing team. This is an excellent way to learn about content creation, marketing campaigns, paid and social media as well as the branding and creative process.
Collaborate with the team on project objectives, client requirements, content strategy, marketing initiatives and the creative development process.
Assist with research requests
Monitor and track marketing campaigns—specifically social media
Assist project managers with monitoring budgets, timelines and deliverables
Help team with proofing deliverables before they go to clients
Assist with the development of new business proposals and pitches
Assist with internal marketing initiatives as needed
Administrative tasks to include data entry and validation as needed.
Up to 2 years of direct professional experience in marketing or other related field
Proficiency with G-suite and Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Self starter with strong initiative to get things done
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work within a team
Ability to deliver and accept constructive feedback
