About the Role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of Integrated Media to lead the next evolution of our media practice—elevating our scope, optimizing team operations, and future-proofing our offering in an AI-enabled world.

This role is designed for a proven media leader with deep, cross-channel expertise—someone who’s driven large-scale campaigns across multiple channels with measurable, repeatable impact. You’ll bring a modern media mindset, pairing performance precision with brand-building impact, and you’ll know how to operationalize excellence at scale.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned media leader who has steered multimillion-dollar, multi-market campaigns and knows how to translate that level of sophistication into scalable systems and team success. This person will bring a fresh, outside perspective to elevate how we plan, activate, and measure media across channels—paid social, SEM, programmatic, influencer, ABM, retail media, commerce platforms, CTV, Streaming, Audio, DOOH, Gaming, Esports, paid PR placements and immersive environments. They’ll be both strategist and operator, capable of optimizing team structure, improving utilization, and designing training and development programs that turn talent into experts. Most importantly, they’ll help us level up our media practice—bridging brand and performance, strengthening integration across disciplines, and embracing the opportunities AI and automation bring to redefine what’s possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategic vision for the integrated media practice—connecting paid social, SEM, programmatic, influencer, ABM, retail media, commerce platforms, CTV, Streaming, Audio, DOOH, Gaming, Esports, paid PR placements and immersive environments into one seamless offering.
  • Drive campaign innovation through data, technology, and emerging platforms, ensuring we’re setting—not following—industry standards.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing media team, developing the next generation of planners, buyers, and strategists.
  • Partner with New Business, Creative, and Insights teams to create integrated solutions that deliver measurable business impact for our clients.
  • Lead the operational evolution of media—implementing tools, workflows, and performance tracking systems to improve efficiency and accountability. 
  • Lead measurement and performance excellence: Architect the systems, frameworks, and partnerships that define how we plan, measure, and optimize media impact.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation across planning, buying, optimization, and reporting.
  • Represent the agency’s media expertise externally—at conferences, in client presentations, new business pitches, and across industry thought leadership platforms.
  • Anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable roadmaps, new service offerings, and refined methodologies.
  • Champion integration by ensuring your disciplines connect seamlessly with the broader marketing mix, delivering cohesive and impactful client solutions.
  • Lead with a builder’s mindset—identifying challenges early, designing scalable solutions, and rolling up your sleeves when needed (“everyone sweeps the floor”).

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience leading integrated paid media strategies across channels (paid social, programmatic, SEM, influencer, ABM, and paid placements).
  • Deep understanding of media strategy, operations, and analytics—with proven ability to optimize budgets, performance, and workflows.
  • Strong leadership and team development experience—you’ve built, coached, and scaled teams that deliver top-tier work.
  • A strategic operator who thrives on designing systems and frameworks that enable creativity, efficiency, and growth.
  • Comfortable leading at both 30,000 feet and ground level—balancing visionary direction with executional precision.
  • Demonstrated experience with major market campaigns and multichannel activations across diverse audiences and industries.
  • An innovator at heart, curious about AI, automation, and data-driven storytelling—and how they transform the future of media.

 

Anticipated Salary: $180,000 – $220,000

 

Compensation is based on experience and dependent upon workplace location.
