This AS role is a full-time position focused on the CSR team’s health and social impact portfolio. Although the practice is based out of Finn’s New York office, the Managing Partner is amenable to the AS working remotely or from another geographic area, (see website for Finn Partners USA office locations).


I. Job Summary:

This position in the Finn Partners’ CSR & Social Impact team provides an opportunity to work on social impact and health equity campaigns for major corporations, non-profits and global foundations and advance social good through integrated communications and marketing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the healthcare and CSR/Social Impact space, and strong experience as a team leader, client management and media relations. As an Account Supervisor, you will be a key member of our tight-knit, collaborative and highly motivated team engaged in a range of assignments spanning team management, account management and earned media relations. You will be an active contributor to producing high-quality work and earned media coverage we generate daily for an array of clients.


Specific responsibilities will include strategic thinking, team management, client management and top-tier media pitching; securing or assisting the team with securing consistent media coverage across a wide range of health trade, business, consumer, and national news publications; building and maintaining strong relationships with press and executive client contacts; developing/editing assets (Press Releases, Pitches, Fact Sheets, Media Briefings, etc.) that will pique media interest; admin and reporting for clients and actively participating in team brainstorms and staff meetings. Account Supervisors also will contribute to thought leadership strategy/ writing and new business presentations. You will come equipped with strong media contacts and proven track record securing national media placements; experience in client relations; excellent writing skills; and strong attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of CSR and health equity landscape
