Account Supervisor, B2B Technology

Locations: San Francisco

As a Finn B2B Technology Account Supervisor you will join a bustling and collaborative team who prizes teamwork, an entrepreneurial spirit, and Work Hard-Play Nice values.

This role will accommodate work from home for applicants residing in the USA Pacific Time Zone.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Guiding and providing leadership to junior account team members.
  • Serving as point of contact for day-to-day activities on a portfolio of prominent B2B technology accounts.
  • Creating a superior client focus that anticipates, executes and expands PR solutions.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop original research, surveys, and market studies.
  • Analyzes industry background, research and field feedback to produce comprehensive communication plans and strategy.
  • Participating in new business development and supporting organizational initiatives.

The best Account Supervisors possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A natural talent for interpersonal communications
  • Proven success managing numerous projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A strategic, creative and globally focused approach.

 

Additional requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, public relations, media or related field or demonstrated equivalent capability to perform the required job duties and responsibilities.
  • Account management experience, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing, Communications or Business or comparable employment experience.
