About the report:
With no live events and networking opportunities to deliver for members, we set out to audit the website communications and social media efforts of 15 well-known associations to benchmark work they are doing to engage members from a social distance. We’re sharing our first set of observations so members have a chance to learn from others and plan for what comes next. We also hope the audit provides association marketers with insights and ideas for improving their efforts today.
