FINN Partners Hires Andrea Delafield as Head of Digital & Data Strategy

December 23, 2025 — FINN Partners, one of the world’s leading independent integrated marketing and communications agencies, announced today that Andrea Delafield has joined the agency as Senior Partner, Head of Digital & Data Strategy.
Delafield reports to Alexis Pratsides, Global Head of Digital. In her new role, Delafield will lead FINN’s core technical disciplines: SEO, UX, Development, Martech, and Data Science, while supporting AI Innovation initiatives.
Prior to joining FINN, Delafield served as Marketing Director at digital agency Spinutech. There, she spearheaded AI-powered business transformation initiatives and led full funnel integrated digital strategies, programs and campaigns for clients. Before that, Delafield worked at Meredith as a Digital SEO manager for the publishing group’s numerous leaders in online publications, including All Recipes, TIME, People and supporting commerce sites.
Delafield’s clients spanned both B2B and B2C and included Pella Windows & Doors, Public Storage, Paycom and Welltower. Her work focused on market-share expansion and revenue growth through performance-focused campaign management.

Delafield joins FINN during a period of significant momentum for its Digital service offering.
