FINN Doubles Down on Florida Growth as State Becomes HQ Hotspot

NEW YORK, NY AND FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – FINN Partners, one of the world’s leading independent marketing and communications agencies, today announced the promotion of Nicole Janok to Senior Partner from Partner. In her expanded leadership role, Janok will continue to head the Florida office and serve as a senior advisor in the agency’s Purpose and Social Impact Practice.

Under Janok’s leadership, the Florida team achieved a record 36% revenue increase from 2023 to 2024. With further growth projected in 2025, the office has expanded to serve leading brands in hospitality, real estate, health, travel, automotive, and the nonprofit sectors. Marquee clients include Babcock Ranch – America’s first solar-powered town – Darden Restaurants, Rentyl Resorts, and JM Family Enterprises, one of Florida’s largest privately held companies.

Florida has emerged as a strategic business destination, with more than 20 Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of private enterprises now based in the state. Sectors such as technology, finance, health, logistics, real estate, and tourism are experiencing significant expansion. In recent years, major corporate relocations to Florida from states like New York and California have been attracted by the supportive business environment, skilled workforce, and financial incentives.

The Fort Lauderdale-based FINN office includes more than 20 professionals statewide and leverages skill and service excellence across the FINN Southeast operations in Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale and Nashville. In addition to regional leadership, Janok provides senior counsel to national and international clients in health, sustainability, nonprofit, and technology through the FINN Purpose and Social Impact Practice.

A senior strategic communications leader with 23 years of experience growing national and global consumer brands, Janok has held executive roles at several top Southeast agencies before joining FINN. At Sharp Think, she served as Senior Vice President and Regional Director, responsible for launching the agency’s first regional office in Florida. Before that, Janok was Vice President at MSLGROUP in Atlanta, Georgia. She launched her career as a Reporter at The Palm Beach Post. and earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida.
