FINN Partners Names Ryan Witherell Managing Partner

NASHVILLE, TN. (May 27, 2022) — FINN Partners, one of the largest independent communications agencies in the world, has promoted Ryan J. Witherell, a longstanding leader with the firm’s Nashville’s office, to Managing Partner.
Witherell, who recently marked 20 years with FINN Partners, leads the Southeast’s corporate and consumer practice group and has played a major role in leading award-winning teams and growing the firm’s client portfolio throughout the region.

Throughout his tenure, Witherell has led strategic communications programs for a diverse array of clients including global brands and emerging corporations in sectors including technology, transportation and mobility, environment, real estate development, financial services, legal and consumer products.
Prior to joining FINN in 2002, Witherell began his career with the Merritt Group, a public relations firm in Northern Virginia, providing account service to global technology companies. He was named to Nashville Business Journal’s “40 under 40” class in 2017. Witherell has been recognized with YP Nashville’s annual “Nashville Emerging Leaders Award” and has been named a finalist for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s “Emerging Leaders Award.” Witherell is a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a degree in Communications Studies.
