Social Media Specialist
Location: Honolulu, HI
Finn Partners is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Honolulu team.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create social media content for multiple client social channels.
- Collaborate with influencers and talent to create impactful content ideas and campaigns.
In this role you will also be asked to:
- Manage social media content calendars
- Monitor client social media channels and communities
- Draft social media influencer briefs, ensuring quality and alignment with client messaging
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
- Track social media KPIs and report on metrics
To be considered as a solid candidate, you need:
- Minimum 2 years of social media experience social media pages for brands and organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations preferred
- Previous experience overseeing multiple client accounts or similar job functions
- Knowledge of current social media landscape, including staying up to date with major social media news, trends and trending topics
- Excellent social media copywriting and content creation skills
- A proactive mindset; anticipating problems and solutions, a go-getter attitude
- Detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Strong project management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and the agility needed to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to think creatively
- Occasional weekend and evening support

Location: This role will be required to work a hybrid schedule, with at least two days a week in office. Qualified candidates will need to reside in Honolulu or be willing to relocate. (Please note, this role is not eligible for relocation assistance).
Compensation: The approved range for this role is $50,000 – $70,000 annually, dependent on location and experience level.
