This large, national operational and technology consulting firm is growing exponentially. It serves Fortune 500 type organizations and now competes with first tier, better known firms for clients and talent. Yet it presented its offerings with mixed/unclear messaging, a dated look and feel in all communications, an aged-out hard to update website, and less than clear client offerings. The challenge is to improve all the above to sustain Sendero’s remarkable success in attracting high value clients, engagements and talent.
GOAL
Reimagine an ascending management consulting firm’s client facing and employer brand identity, messaging and website while clarifying the solutions it delivers—all to clear the path for the next level of growth.

In collaboration with the firm’s leadership and marketing/BD teams, here is what FINN delivered to Sendero:
- Replaced multiple, mixed messages with a single client facing/ employer brand promise inspired by the firm’s culture and client goals.
- Renamed and repositioned more than a dozen inwardly focused practices and offerings into four clear, client facing solutions with equally clear sub solutions.
- Replaced jargon rich consulting speak with straight-talking, results-focused business language.
- Repackaged the old and tired brand look and feel. The new—including social, pitch and proposal and internal communication templates—is a fresh, vibrant and engaging approach to marketing and recruiting.
- Redesigned, built, wrote and launched a new user-friendly website on a Word Press CMS that enables firm marketers and recruiters to be more efficient and effective in their digital work.
This project integrated the following FINN skills: research and market insights; brand strategy and positioning; solutions naming and brand architecture; brand design; website planning, design, writing and development; video concepting and production; sales and social tools templates design and writing.
