Quantifying quality to reach new PR heights 

FINN was initially tasked with introducing data integrity leader, Precisely, to British, French and German media and was successful in elevating Precisely’s brand awareness and share of voice within the target regions. The next phase of the PR program required strengthening Precisely’s visibility in top-tier media, creating measurable ways to track and assess the quality of coverage to demonstrate ROI to Precisely’s investors. This would ensure that the program continued to grow in alignment with investor expectations and contributed to Precisely’s long-term business success.

To address the challenge of evaluating media coverage quality, FINN Partners created a bespoke quality scoring system designed to reflect Precisely’s specific objectives. This data-driven approach ensured Precisely could tangibly demonstrate to investors that the PR program was not only producing more coverage, but also achieving measurable success in the form of high-calibre placements. 

Informed by the quality scoring system, FINN Partners strategically targeted top-tier publications and media that were core to Precisely’s key customer base. FINN generated coverage through tailored media outreach, pitching data integrity as a core theme while aligning with industry trends, such as challenges around AI bias, ESG reporting, hyper-personalized customer experience and managing precise address data for successful last-mile deliveries. FINN Partners tailored the PR program in each market to ensure Precisely’s key messages resonated with media and evaluated tactics based on the quality scores.
