OUR WORK Erith Group

A construction powerhouse, rebuilt online

How we redesigned a complex site to reflect scale, improve clarity and drive more enquiries.

Project summary

We took a no-nonsense construction brand and gave it a confident new voice, simplifying the site, boosting enquiries and helping Erith look as big as the jobs they take on.

Through a streamlined structure, strategic content overhaul and elevated visual design, we transformed their digital presence from functional to formidable to better reflect the true scale and confidence of the business..

The challenge

Erith is one of the UK’s largest and most respected construction groups, but their old website didn’t do them justice. It was hard to navigate, content-heavy and made the company look smaller than it actually is.

Our goal was to simplify the structure, improve the user experience and give Erith the kind of digital presence that matches their real-world scale and reputation.

Our approach

We kicked off with a high-level UX audit to map out the gaps. From there, we worked closely with Erith’s internal team to reimagine the site architecture, streamline the navigation, and align the content structure with what users were actually looking for.

Alongside that, we conducted light user research to define key personas—prospective clients, partners, and talent—and made sure the new site catered to their needs.

Visually, we refreshed the brand just enough to sharpen its impact without losing what made it recognizable. Our aim was to build trust, confidence, and scale—without leaning too hard into gloss.

“The new site captures who we are perfectly. It’s clean, confident, and easy to manage—our whole leadership team is impressed.”
