My expertise spans integrated communications strategy, consumer-centric campaigns, digital and influencer amplification, and more. Beyond awareness campaigns, I develop multi-channel strategies to inspire consumer action and pride myself in connecting the dots between the evolving media landscape and meeting consumers where they are to drive ROI for clients.

How'd you get here?
From a young age I developed a love for holistic wellness and the impact that food and all products we use every day, can have on our personal health and that of the environment. As a former editor and journalist, I felt a deep desire to be a driving force behind the news to drive awareness and demand for brands making a positive impact on the world. This led me to combine my personal and professional passions at Rachel Kay Public Relations (RKPR). RKPR became one of the leading better-for-you food and beverage teams in the country, before being acquired by FINN Partners in 2022.
