A desire to make a true difference was the catalyst behind Missy’s decision to strike out on her own after a quick rise through the executive ranks of the agency and corporate worlds. Three decades later, Missy’s drive continues to be rooted in her fierce belief that every action matters – a credo that ensures a thoughtful and strategic approach for everything from executive positioning and account strategy to media relationships and event management for clients across a vast range of sports, lifestyle, wellness, active outdoor destinations and brands and Olympic campaigns.

Missy’s experience includes representation of some of the world’s best brands and organizations – lululemon, Life Time, Ski Utah, Aspen, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Shaun White, Target, US Ski and Snowboard, Roxy, Burton Snowboards, Cannondale, International Champion Cup (Real Madrid, Juventus, Manchester United, etc.) and Stance, to name just a few. Extensive Olympic marketing experience covers seven Games, including the reintroduction of snowboarding at the Salt Lake City Olympics; catapulting Shaun White to international stardom; taking Michael Phelps on a learn-to-swim tour with Disney, highlighting BMX as a new sport at the Beijing Games, and representing the entire U.S. Ski and Snowboard teams at the last two Winter Olympic Games. Also a leader in adventure travel, Missy has developed sports and wellness tourism campaigns for clients including the Cayman Islands, Westin Hotels & Resorts, The Little Nell, Chatham Bars Inn, Williamsburg, VA, the Ritz Carlton and more. From oceans to skate parks, stadiums to pools, courts to mountains, Missy is immensely proud of her dynamic team’s active lifestyles, passion for storytelling and ability to deliver extraordinary game-changing results time and time again.

After 24 years of running Mfa, we brought the agency under the Finn Partners umbrella in October 2018.
