With a degree in Marketing & Advertising and over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve built my career around data-driven media strategy and performance marketing. I’ve led multi-platform paid media campaigns across higher education, tourism, finance, and consumer brands—delivering full-funnel results through channels like Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. What excites me most is the balance of creative thinking and precise optimization: from cross-domain tracking and GA4 migrations to dashboard builds and attribution modelling, I’m driven by the numbers. Co-leading a growing team of 25+ media specialists across the UK and U.S., I stay focused on impact—turning insights into outcomes for clients that expect more from their media.

How'd you get here?

Before joining FINN, I honed my media planning and buying skills at agencies like Hunterlodge and Prism7, working across sectors from education to consumer services. I quickly found a passion for turning complex briefs into performance-driven, platform-specific campaigns—and for helping clients see the bigger picture through data. That blend of strategic focus and hands-on execution is what ultimately led me to FINN.
