My directive is to ensure we analyze human and business needs to develop brand, marketing, and communications recommendations that use critical thinking and industry best practices to help our clients drive measurable business value. I have led both companies and teams through innovation, concept development, digital transformation, change management, and implementation.
I currently lead the strategic planning and content teams and try to inspire my teams to innovate and keep pace with marketing’s constant-state of evolution.

How'd you get here?
Before FINN I spent 17 years at Capital One where I had the opportunity to wear many hats. I managed call centers, led product development & in-market testing of new products, developed the integrated marketing competency for US Card, and led a macroeconomic model initiative to understand the impact of full-funnel marketing on direct response and customer acquisitions. I was introduced to FINN through a mutual colleague and have been happily applying my experience in marketing and strategy for all FINN clients, across industries and the globe.
