I am a digital and marketing leader who specializes in social media and content. My approach is defined by bold, data-driven decision-making to springboard creative excellence. For clients, that means thumb-stopping concepts that drive real results. I’ve managed clients across almost every vertical, from hyperlocal to global. I am no stranger to crafting multi-channel, multi-geographic, multi-brand strategies.

My work has been recognized by many. I have been awarded as a leader in British digital and tech, having received multiple spots on the BIMA 100 list, and noted as an inspiration to the industry as a Campaign Inspiring Woman.

My desire to create something great expands outside the professional sphere as an avid cook and home DIY-er.

How'd you get here?

My path to FINN was both organic and entrepreneurial. I began my career at MintTwist, a London-based digital marketing agency, supporting across paid media, SEO, and creative teams. This unique, cross-functional perspective allowed me to see a major opportunity: the need for a truly integrated social media function. I thrived on the challenge of building this capability from scratch.

A year into this development, MintTwist were acquired by FINN Partners. It was clear that the firm’s global, independent ethos and collaborative structure were the perfect environment to scale that vision, allowing my London-based social team to expand and support clients on a much wider, global scale. For me, it was about finding a place where I could champion bold creativity and shared success, and I found that foundation here.
