With over 30 years of experience, I’m a seasoned pro when it comes to leading projects. I’ve managed large projects using PMI and PRINCE2, and I’ve got a great track record to show for it. I’ve overseen multi-million-dollar initiatives on five continents. My background working with clients from all over the world, including big companies (MSD, Sanofi, GSK, Roche, Novartis, Abbvie, Novo Nordisk) and non-profit organisations (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, Gavi, PATH), fuels my passion for tackling challenging projects.

My marketing career started in banking and newsrooms. I was a project manager at a bank and then at a company that set up computer systems for banks to issue credit cards in Europe and the Middle East. After managing the setup of Bloomberg newsrooms in Europe, I got into marketing in the early days of the internet, helping companies reach traditional and online media. I then worked with healthcare marketing and PR agencies to create virtual press offices and live-stream events. This led to co-founding of Hyderus, a strategic communications agency in the global public health arena, after a random discussion on project profitability in 2002.
