With more than 25 years of healthcare marketing and corporate communications experience, my work has focused on advocacy, key opinion leader (KOL) mapping and development, data communication, crisis management, professional education, clinical trial recruitment support and unique direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. My expertise also spans across therapeutic categories including GI, nutrition, cardiology, diabetes, urology, rheumatology, diagnostics, women’s health, and bionics. I have been honored to lead Big Apple and Silver Anvil award-winning campaigns, be recipient of the Rising Star Award from the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and to have received recently the PM360 Healthcare ELITE 2020 PR Guru award.

How'd you get here?
Life is all about embracing opportunities. With a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science, early in my career I quickly and unknowingly fell in love with public relations by leading the March Nutrition Month public awareness campaign. I then united my background in nutrition with the importance of medical education through the first Rx-to-OTC switch campaign for a leading heartburn medication. This was followed by inspiring patient advocacy and broad public education in support of HIV/AIDS awareness and treatment. From then on, the door opened to a world of endless and amazing possibilities – across continents and cultures, with various audiences and languages, and beyond pharma to medtech & biotech.
