How'd you get here?
It was only near the end of grad school that I discovered advertising might just be the perfect industry for me. A wealth of creative minds, a constant stream of new challenges, and a paycheck for psychoanalyzing people—what’s not to love? But only having experience on the client side at that point, I needed a foot in the door. In 2011, I found myself interning at a Boston-based shop called Small Army (since acquired by FINN Partners) and I (almost) never looked back.
