Recognizing that there is much to be done to improve industry diversity, Partners for Diversity serves as an agency-wide initiative with three distinct – yet interrelated – pillars:

  1. Recruitment and Retention – to build, sustain and grow a strong and diverse workforce
  2. Mentorship and Education – to nurture, develop and train future PR and communications leaders
  3. Thought Leadership – to encourage others in the industry to step up, share diversity data and participate in key initiatives and activities that drive the issue of diversity and inclusion past discussion and discourse, and into action

 Through Finn PartnersPartners for Diversity, we strive to:

  1. Commit to diversity and inclusion at all levels
  2. Encourage employee participation in altruistic, diversity-related activities
  3. Create strategic partnerships with organisations that champion education and community service

From hosting career and professional development workshops for college students and pairing executives with mentees from local high schools, to senior executives being recognized for their work at the highest levels, we are dedicated to the idea that diversity and inclusion leads to excellence and enrichment for everyone.
