Binaytara selects FINN Partners to lead global public relations efforts
October 6, 2026
FINN will elevate Binaytara’s global profile and help advance its mission to reduce disparities in cancer care worldwide.
Binaytara, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to cancer care, enhancing continuing education, and fostering implementation science research in hematology and oncology, has appointed FINN Partners as its public relations agency of record. The agency appointment follows a competitive review process in which FINN Partners was selected for its expertise in global health, oncology communications and mission-driven storytelling.
FINN Partners will support Binaytara global public relations efforts to raise awareness about global cancer health disparities and advocate for evidence-based solutions to improve access to cancer care.
“Reducing cancer disparities worldwide requires a communications partner that understands both the complexity of global oncology and the power of evidence-based storytelling,” said Dr. Binay Shah, Co-Founder and President of Binaytara. “FINN Partners brings extensive health expertise and a global perspective that will help us strengthen awareness of our work, build partnerships, and amplify the impact of our programs. During the next 20 years, we want to see more patients able to access high-quality cancer care closer to home, whether that means a patient in Madhesh, Nepal, receiving treatment in their own community or a clinician in a low-resource setting gaining access to the training and resources they need. We look forward to collaborating to advance Binaytara’s global mission and improve people’s lives through more equitable, culturally appropriate cancer care,” he added.
“Dr. Shah and the Binaytara team are doing remarkable work to reduce cancer disparities and improve lives, and we are honored to be an extension of the community they have built,” said Mark Chataway, managing partner, Health Policy and Impact Group that is part of the FINN Partners Global Health Practice. “We are grateful for the confidence Binaytara has placed in us and will bring our global health and public relations expertise to elevate its voice, strengthen connections with key stakeholders, and advance its mission,” he added.
As part of the engagement, FINN Partners will support several signature initiatives, including communications about the cervical cancer screening and HPV testing programs, upcoming milestones constructing a 250-bed comprehensive cancer hospital in Nepal, the organization’s 20th anniversary in 2027, oncology education conferences, and the Binaytara Cancer Research Institute.
For nearly two decades, Binaytara has designed and implemented healthcare programs that advance global cancer equity. The organization is growing rapidly, with an international footprint serving resource-limited settings in Nepal, Nigeria and the United States. Among its programs, Binaytara runs 60 oncology and hematology conferences across the United States annually, has educated more than 3,000 cancer healthcare professionals, and has served more than 2,500 patients at its hospital in Janakpur, Nepal.
