I’m a senior marketing strategist and insights leader with over 20 years of experience turning audience intelligence into real business impact. What drives me is uncovering what motivates people and the rational and emotional drivers behind their choices. I’m passionate about translating those insights into strategies that fuel growth, engagement, and relevance for our clients. I bring deep expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and digital research methods and use them to build frameworks that guide brand storytelling, channel strategy, and marketing effectiveness. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: research should do more than explain behavior, it should inspire action and create meaningful connections between brands and the people they serve.

How'd you get here?

My career has spanned project and program management, content development, training and facilitation, and community management but has always focused on the intersection of culture, communication, and technology. I joined FINN through the acquisition of Widmeyer Communications and previously worked with a nonprofit news organization, a healthcare startup, and a government consulting firm.
