Finn Partners UK retains Gold Communications Management Standard from the PRCA

Finn Partners UK has successfully retained the Communications Management Standard (CMS) from the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA).
The PRCA’s CMS is the hallmark of PR excellence in the UK. Finn Partners UK is proud to have been accredited for nine years and to hold Gold status, awarded to agencies who have held the standard continuously for five years or more. This longevity of accreditation demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the PRCA Code of Conduct and to high professional standards.
Commenting on the accolade, Renna Markson MPRCA, Deputy Director General and Engagement Director PRCA, said: “Finn Partners has been awarded the Gold CMS Award in recognition of their dedication to best practice as a PR consultancy for nine consecutive years. Their audit response was very thorough, and their mission was evident throughout all key documents.”
The CMS combines elements of ‘ISO 9001’ and ‘Investors in People’ with criteria specific to PR and communications consultancies.
The accreditation process assesses business systems and structures. Audit criteria span nine business disciplines: leadership and communication, business planning, business improvement, financial systems, campaign management, client satisfaction, new business, people management and diversity.
