FINN Partners Financial Services UK recognised at the ICE awards 2023

FINN Partners Financial Services UK has been awarded bronze at this year’s Internal Communications and Engagement (ICE) awards for ‘Best Internal Communications from the Financial Services Sector’. The award is in recognition of the Financial Services team’s ongoing work with the British Arab Commercial Bank (BACB) in collaboration with design agency Reach.

The ICE awards are run by Communicate, a trade magazine dedicated to the corporate communications community. It specialises in how businesses engage with their stakeholders, from investors to employees. The ICE awards look to celebrate the outstanding work done by both in-house communications teams and agencies. Held in Holborn, London, on 8 June, the awards ceremony invited representatives from a diverse range of sectors and specialisms.

“We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved with BACB over the past few years, in particular our support of its internal culture and values project,” says Josh Allsopp, Associate Vice President, FINN Partners UK.

“Most of our work for this client focuses on communicating achievements and expertise outward, but in this instance our audience was internal, comprising the bank’s employees and other stakeholders. So, it is very satisfying to have our efforts recognised in this way, alongside many other large players within the internal communications and engagement space.”

FINN Partners worked with staff to develop a suite of internal assets relating to a corporate culture transformation project, designed to cultivate and encourage positive behaviours and attitudes.

BACB has been a client of FINN Partners since 2020, with FINN supporting the bank in many regards: through media relations, social media, thought leadership, industry awards, and more.
