FINN Partners is looking for an Assistant Vice President/Vice President (Maternity Cover) to join our UK Travel Marketing & Representation Practice. We are a multi-award winning Practice that specialises in travel and tourism recently winning PR Agency of the Year at The Travel Marketing Awards for the sixth consecutive year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of travel trade experience with the necessary skills to manage a team responsible for a number of accounts. Specific experience working on US destination accounts as well as experience in account management, marketing, trade industry relationships and other tourism promotional activities are desirable.
  • Contribute to the overall performance of the firm by managing current client relationships and programmes, generating new business, recruiting, developing and growing staff.
  • Maximise client value. Manage profitability of accounts and implement the strategy of Finn Partners. Play a key role in the performance of the practice. Manage staff to ensure that Finn Partners has the best people servicing the client.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow senior client relationships.
  • Develop strategy and overall marketing programmes for clients.
  • Manage profitability and financial aspects of accounts.
  • Hire and develop staff.
  • Generate and develop new business.
  • Have full understanding of client business and challenges within the industry.
  • Cross-sell services within Finn Partners.
  • Manage account administration duties, such as billing and activity reports.
  • Recommend salary/bonus increases for staff.
