Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with third party luxury brands to elevate client exposure
  • Secure the attendance of key spokespeople at relevant conferences and industry events
  • Global lead on coordinating partner agencies (Milan, Moscow, Munich, New York and Dubai)
  • Assist with the rebranding of Fox Communications (consult on website copy and social content)
  • Develop company values pertaining to sustainability and social impact and align them to daily practice
  • Act as an ambassador for sustainability both within the agency and to clients

Clients: Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hard Rock Hotels, Chenot Group, Rixos Hotels & Resorts

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a regional event for luxury hotel group Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts to coincide with their global ‘Pop Down’ launch, ensuring key messaging translates to a London audience without forfeiting brand identity. Secured the attendance of journalists and high profile celebrities, resulting is post event coverage
  • Website, brochure and newsletter copy writing for luxury hotel clients
  • Global lead on coordinating international offices (Paris, Milan, Moscow, Munich, New York and Dubai)
  • Development of training programme for junior team members and continued mentorship
  • Devise multichannel communications strategy for each client and implement. Coordinate with global offices where appropriate to ensure strategy is consistent internationally, and regional adaptations are managed and reviewed
  • Manage global coverage tracker in Excel, analyse data and manipulate for the purpose of reports or presentations. Ensure coverage targets are met every month, using year on year comparisons
  • Secure national coverage for clients on a monthly basis
  • Continued coordination of group and individual press trips
  • Lead regular client calls and conferences

 September 2016-February 2018: Account Executive, PRCO

Clients: LUX* Resorts, Swire Hotels, Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa, Chedi Andermatt, Park Gstaad

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks including coverage reading, scanning and formatting documents
  • Help organise press functions and press trips
  • Draft engaging, creative and accurate press releases for clients
  • Daily pitching for clients to relevant media by phone, email or in person
  • Assist in the compilation of monthly and bi-monthly reports for clients
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of impactful PR campaigns
