Editor/Senior Content Writer

Do poorly written articles on the internet trigger a fit of white-hot anger? Are you someone who loves to tell B2B brand stories and have been doing so for at least five years, especially in an agency? Do you love working closely with team mates to nail client briefs and solve content-related challenges? We are looking for an/a Editor/Senior Content Writer, to join our growing Integrated Marketing Communications team. Our Editor/Senior Content Writer is responsible for creating creative and impactful content — paid, earned, shared, owned — for some of the most innovative companies in the world. Working with our client account and creative teams, you will produce compelling concepts and content that grab attention, deliver results and, most important of all, tell good stories. 


Here’s a bonus: a good story has a beginning, a middle and an end — and the same goes for campaigns and editorial calendars. We are looking for someone who is level-headed, can visualise content journeys for entire campaigns, and a communicator who lets our clients know what to expect at every step of the way. Don’t worry, you won’t be doing this alone. There is no ‘I’ in our team – we are in it with and for one another.

What do we expect of you?

  • Develop and propose creative, innovative and impactful content concepts to clients.
  • Develop a wide variety of content for paid, earned, shared, owned media including thought leadership articles, case studies, videos, infographics, newsletters, blogs, social media posts, ads, etc.
  • Plan and research so that you’ll sound like an expert in your copy.
  • Write clear, original, and persuasive copy which gets the job done.
  • Proof and sub-edit work to make sure we get it right.
  • Coach and guide junior writers through the content creation process.
  • Lead and help business leads manage writers to produce high quality content.
  • Collaborate closely with account leads and extended team members on the creation, development and execution of content strategies.
  • Show up and be present for your team – because we will show up and be present for you.


Do you fit the bill?

  • You should have 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Excellent command of English (we really shouldn’t need to say this, but it’s best to be clear).
  • An obsession with grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary.
  • Strong copywriting and subediting abilities.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, yet able to work fast.
  • Works well with other human beings (we prefer nice people who can get the job done, rather than brilliant artists who can’t work with anyone else).
