Supporting RedClick to champion inclusion and Shared Streets
FINN Partners serves as the retained public relations and public affairs agency for RedClick Insurance (formerly Liberty Insurance), designing and driving a diverse, multi-channel strategy to elevate brand perception and navigate a complex public landscape. Our work includes a broad array of high-impact workstreams, from managing the nationwide rebrand to RedClick, and the profiling their sponsorship of dublinbikes, to championing advocacy initiatives, demonstrating FINN’s capability to manage multi-stakeholder programs that resonate across Ireland.
GOAL
Our goal has been to manage and build RedClick’s profile within Ireland following the rebrand from Liberty Insurance, while promoting the advocacy work RedClick does in the disability space through its partnership with Irish Wheelchair Association.

The Work
An important aspect of FINN’s work in recent years involved overseeing the rebrand from Liberty to RedClick while maintaining customer loyalty and understanding of the change. Rebrands are a sensitive and challenging time for an organisation. FINN were tasked not only with establishing recognition of the RedClick brand, but also building understanding and trust of its values, purpose and position within the Irish market.
This was achieved to great effect through the promotion of RedClick’s high-profile sponsorship of dublinbikes, a move which aligned with the brand’s identity as an insurer invested in promoting safer and more sustainable travel. FINN successfully managed all media relations, messaging, and stakeholder engagement to build awareness, engagement and enthusiasm for the partnership.
To distinguish the sponsorship, we implemented our “Shared Streets” campaign, a multifaceted programme that involved commissioning consumer research on cycling behaviours and trends in Ireland, a collaboration with renowned street photographer Christopher Ward (@ModelStrangers) to commission “video portraits” of dublinbikes users, introducing free journeys for users to mark important milestones (i.e, the 2024 General Election and National Bike to Work Day), while also delivering a number of consumer pop-up activations. FINN augmented the campaign throughout with carefully crafted social media content and assets.
