I recently spoke with a female executive at a client’s company and asked her what advice she would give herself at age 25. She replied, “Don’t be afraid of being uncomfortable – you have to be uncomfortable to really be learning.”

Meatless but Still Bleeding

Last week, a meatless burger that looks, tastes and even bleeds like meat -- but is made entirely of plants -- debuted in NYC. As a pescatarian, I was intrigued, but also wondering who the target audience was for this type of product.
