I guess you could say PR was in my blood Ė both my parents have PR experience and it was probably school internships that set me off on the PR track, though Iím not sure I realised it at the time!† It was only after Iíd finished my first degree and decided to embark on a Masters in PR that it became clear that PR was for me.† I joined Johnson King after stints at agency Edelman and in government PR, at the Central Office of Information.
I enjoyed (almost!) every minute of my time at Johnson King.† I'm fairly certain when I started as a trainee I had no expectation of being there 14 years later, but the thought of working elsewhere was the furthest thing from my mind.† However, joining Finn Partners was an easy decision; finding an agency that shared our goals of great client service in a 'best place to work' environment was the perfect fit.
I've been lucky to work on some great technology campaigns both for the big players like Sophos, Ruckus Wireless, TE Connectivity and† Alcatel-Lucent as well as new market entrants like Iceotope, Intechnology and Skyscape that are true innovators.† The challenge of making them famous continues to excite me.
I love working with technology companies, but outside of the office my interests lie elsewhere Ė Iím lucky to live within walking distance of some of Londonís best art galleries, museums and theatres and can regularly be found in one of those or sampling some of the amazing international cuisine we have on our doorstep.
